In order to get RAPID MODE enabled you have to install Samsung Magician which should of came with your SSD. If you do not happen to have it, you can download it from here.

Steps:

• Open up Samsung Magician
• Select the SSD Drive that Star Citizen 3.0 is installed on
• Click on the RAPID Mode
• Restart Computer

Workarounds and tips to help you get going in patch 3.0 for Star Citizen.The 3.0 patch was released on live serveron Dec 23, 2017 and with it came alot of bugs and issues. Here are some workarounds and tips to get past some of the current issues with the build.

Workarounds

• Issue with equipping armor, try using the left mouse button and hold it down for a bit.
• If your ship has troubles pitching or yawing, exit the pilots seat and re-enter.
• During EVA the character can become unresponsive, try the following to get control back. Open up chat and use a emote like /wave.
• Quantum Jump to orbital markets via mobiglas map
• Stuck on the Loading screen after joining crusader? Go into the console and type quit to exit out.
•  If ships throttle is stuck and doesn't go down, turn off your ship and then back on.
• Superwide FOV Fix - slider doesnt go lower then 140.
  
  • Set resolution to 1920x1080, save and then quit.
  • Open up user.cfg and write in "cl_fov = 42"
  • Login and FOV slider should be moveable again.
• Stuck on a doorway? Then try using /wave, crouch and using the open button on door with F.

Tips

• To get to a planet or a moon fast after you quantum jump to a nearby waypoint, press and hold left-shift to engage afterburner and go in a straight line. At some point you will enter cruise speed which is optimal.
• Landing on a planet, find a flat area and use strafe down until your hovering just above the ground, then power off your ship and if all goes well you will of landed nicely.

• REC can be used to rent ships and weapons for the PU.
• Levski Landing in Hanger
  
  • While in pilot seat use F and navigate to the comms screen and contact Levski Flight control. Hanger should open up after contact has been made.
• Pressing Z for freelook stabilizes the ship, great for landing ships on planets.

• If you edit weapons loadouts from mobiglass for a ship before you claimed it, it will turn invisible
